pk67 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pk67 platform — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and pk67.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk67 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk67.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a pk67 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pk67 is strictly an adult entertainment platform and access by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use. Corporate, institutional or commercial registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, contact information or payment details — is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold another active pk67 account. Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or registering with the intent to circumvent any restriction or exclusion.

pk67 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.

3. Account Rules

Your pk67 account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone. pk67 staff will never ask for your password.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any part of your account balance to another person.
• You must notify pk67 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts showing no activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. pk67 will communicate any inactivity policy to affected players via their registered contact details.
• You must update your account information promptly if any of your details change, particularly contact and payment information.

4. Deposits

pk67 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in the reversal of the deposit and suspension of your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page for each payment method. pk67 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your wallet or bank before depositing.

Deposits are credited to your pk67 account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact pk67 support with your transaction reference.

pk67 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a chargeback dispute. Any costs incurred by pk67 as a result of a chargeback may be recovered from the player's account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk67 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. You may be asked to provide documentation to confirm your identity and the ownership of your payment account before a withdrawal is approved.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day apply and are listed on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are met will be declined or adjusted accordingly.
• pk67 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may vary by payment method.
• If pk67 identifies reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a policy breach, it may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation.

pk67 does not charge fees on withdrawals from its side. Fees imposed by your bank, mobile wallet or payment provider are outside pk67's control and are the player's responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk67 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, Cricket and PSL season specials, and Bingo promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier, eligible games and timeframe are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Eligibility: Each promotion is available only to eligible players as defined in the promotion terms. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be converted to cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• Abuse: pk67 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or through the exploitation of platform errors. This includes the use of multiple accounts, misuse of referral schemes, or any coordinated attempt to manipulate bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or substituted.
• Availability: pk67 may withdraw, modify or pause any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Promotions page or their registered contact details.

When you claim a bonus, your real money balance is used before your bonus balance unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Always check the current promotion terms on the Promotions page before claiming any offer.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

pk67 offers Sports Betting, Live Casino and Bingo. Each product area is governed by specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In addition, the following general conditions apply across all gaming activity on pk67:

• All bets and gaming activity are final once confirmed. pk67 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where a clear platform error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a bet or game outcome — such as a disconnection during a live table game — pk67 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available records. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected bet or round may be voided and the stake returned.
• pk67 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that result from a manifest error — including pricing errors or incorrect market listings. Players will be notified if a void applies to their bets.
• Cricket markets on pk67 — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are subject to the specific settlement rules for each market type. These rules govern situations such as match abandonment, weather interruptions and revised results under the DLS method.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market and per player. These limits are set at pk67's discretion and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• pk67 reserves the right to restrict, limit or close the account of any player whose betting patterns are identified as being inconsistent with recreational play, including but not limited to systematic arbitrage betting.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk67. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with associated balances and winnings forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the details of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud or other illegal activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, Sports betting markets or bonus eligibility.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects other players' experience.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

9. Responsible Gaming

pk67 is an adult entertainment platform and takes its responsibilities around player welfare seriously. We believe gaming should remain enjoyable and within each player's personal means.

• Players can set personal deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion periods from within their account settings.
• If you feel your gaming activity is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to use these tools or contact pk67 support to discuss your options.
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be restricted and promotional communications will be paused.
• pk67 will not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform. If we discover that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately and all deposits returned where legally required.

10. Privacy & Data

pk67 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on pk67, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver promotional communications you have opted in to, and meet any applicable legal or regulatory obligations. pk67 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements. Requests should be submitted to pk67 via the contact details provided on the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk67 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and the overall design — is the property of pk67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk67 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk67 platform without the prior written consent of pk67.

The pk67 brand name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary to pk67. Unauthorised use of any pk67 trademark or branding is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

pk67 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure reliable, uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions or technical issues at all times.

• pk67 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your inability to access it.
• pk67 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, mobile network issues, or failures by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash or Easypaisa.
• In circumstances where pk67's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you will not exceed the total deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk67's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension & Account Closure

pk67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested.
• A player's self-exclusion request or at the request of a verified account holder on grounds of problem gambling.
• Reasonable suspicion that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18.

If your account is closed by pk67 due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed at your own request and no Terms breach is involved, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

You may request the closure of your pk67 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed promptly.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk67 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the pk67 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
